Do you integrate with my HR system?
No at MVP; data entry is manual. Integrations are a post-MVP Enterprise pathway.
Is this a HIPAA-covered service?
The product is an employer-side operational documentation tool. It does not process PHI in a HIPAA-covered capacity. Restriction and diagnosis data is stored in ADA-confidential fields with role-based access controls.
Do you support employers outside the U.S.?
No. Transitional Duty Manager is built for U.S. employers only. Reimbursement coverage at launch spans Washington, Texas, and Oregon; employers in other U.S. states can still use the core RTW workflow.
What states are covered?
WA Stay-at-Work export is included on all plans. TX DWC-008 and OR EAIP reimbursement modules are included on Multi-Site and Partner tiers.
